GAS POWERED GAMES' "DUNGEON SIEGE" GOES HOLLYWOOD

2K GAMES ANNOUNCES NEW DUNGEON SIEGE TITLES
Acclaimed Franchise Expands on PC
and PSPTM (PlayStation®Portable) system

New York, NY – March 15, 2006 – 2K Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), today announced that it has acquired publishing rights to Gas Powered Games' critically acclaimed Dungeon Siege series. The first new titles under this publishing agreement will be Dungeon Siege II: Broken World, an expansion pack for the best-selling PC game Dungeon Siege II and an all-new entry in the Dungeon Siege series for the PSPTM (PlayStation®Portable) system.

"The Dungeon Siege series has always been known for its beautiful graphics and great single and multiplayer gameplay," said Christoph Hartmann, Managing Director at 2K Games. "2K Games is fully committed to expanding the franchise on PC and new platforms like the PSP system."

Dungeon Siege II: Broken World picks up right where Dungeon Siege II left off, with an all-new campaign, a new playable race, more items and several new gameplay elements, including multi-class characters. Dungeon Siege II: Broken World will require the full version of Dungeon Siege II and will be released this summer for PC.

"We're excited to be working with 2K Games," said Chris Taylor, founder and Creative Director of Gas Powered Games. "We're expanding the Dungeon Siege universe on the PC with a new campaign, and opening up even more new territory on the PSP system with a second, unique adventure that you can stuff in your backpack and take with you."

Dungeon Siege (working title) for the PSP system, in development at SuperVillain Studios, is another entirely new adventure, created from the ground up specifically for the handheld system. Dungeon Siege features all-new playable characters and a freshly designed, non-linear, single player campaign as well as support for Ad Hoc co-operative and competitive multiplayer games. Dungeon Siege will be released this fall for the PSP system.

"SuperVillain Studios is very excited to team up with Gas Powered Games and 2K Games on the development of Dungeon Siege for the PSP system," said Tim Campbell, co-founder and project lead at SuperVillain Studios. "This title represents an important step for the Dungeon Siege franchise by extending it for the first time ever onto a new platform, merging together the incredibly rich legacy of the Dungeon Siege universe with a fresh, handheld-oriented gameplay experience."

GAS POWERED GAMES' "DUNGEON SIEGE" GOES HOLLYWOOD
AS BOLL KG ACQUIRES FILM RIGHTS
TO POPULAR VIDEO GAME FRANCHISE

$50 Million Budget to Back Hollywood's Newest Video-Game-to-Film

October 29, 2003 - Vierte Boll Kino Beteiligungs-GmbH & Co. KG (Boll KG) (www.boll-kg.de) and Gas Powered Games have joined forces to bring the popular action/fantasy video game "Dungeon Siege" to the silver screen. Boll KG, the production company responsible for several film adaptations of video games including "BloodRayne," "Alone in the Dark" and "House of the Dead," recently purchased the theatrical and merchandise rights for "Dungeon Siege."

Executive producer and director Dr. Uwe Boll, expects to begin filming "Dungeon Siege" in late 2004, and estimates a budget in the $50 million range. Interactive Film Sales International will handle the foreign rights sales for the production (www.InteractiveFilmSales.com). Boll's "House of the Dead," released by Artisan Entertainment in North America, is presently screening in more than 1500 theatres.

"Dungeon Siege" transcends the video game genre and appeals to mainstream entertainment audiences," said Boll. "Based on the success of "House of the Dead," I believe "Dungeon Siege" contains major crossover potential because of its unique blend of action and fantasy, on the order of "Lord of the Rings."

Originally released in the United States on April 5, 2002, "Dungeon Siege" is an action/fantasy role-playing game (RPG) designed by Chris Taylor, president and creative director of Gas Powered Games. Published by Microsoft Game Studios, "Dungeon Siege" features a fantasy world where the inhabitants must battle evil forces attempting to take over their kingdom. According to Mark H. Walker of Sci-Fi.com, "this down-and-dirty medieval environment propels high-tech role-playing even higher."

"This is a very exciting project for us", said Taylor, "and we are very enthusiastic about exploring how film and games can come together."
